Seller Comments:	We just bought 3 new buses to replace our current fleet. Here are three things to disclose about this vehicle: 1) The battery light comes on in the dashboard because we replaced the factory alternator with an oversized alternator to support additional rear a/c, which is a portable a/c unit supported by a very expensive converter and battery. The only reason the battery light comes on is because of the oversized alternator. We did this modification because the summer months in Temecula get very hot. It would be ideal if the buyer operates their business in a county closer to the coast with offers cooler weather in the summer so that you could do without this option. The reason why I am disclosing this is because whenever temperatures hit 100 degrees or higher, the inside of the vehicle is still very difficult to cool down, regardless of the additional a/c unit. Between the black paint and the black roof, the a/c simply has a very hard time keeping the vehicle cold inside when temperatures reach 100 degrees. 2) Two of the four catalytic converters need to be changed out in order to pass the next scheduled smog test in December 2023 (18 months from now). I ran the codes and obtain a quote for $2700. Please see the images attached. I am going to give the buyer two options on this. The first option is that I will pay for the replacement of the catalytic converters prior to the execution of the purchase. The second option is that I will take $2700 off the listing price, and the buyer can then replace the two catalytic converters in 18 months at the time the vehicle is due for a smog test. 3) Price is not negotiable. I am aware that I am selling this vehicle for less than it is worth. It's been good to me and I want to sell it to someone who will benefit the most from it. So you can either pay $10,000 and have the catalytic converters replaced now, or you can pay $6,800 and you can replace the catalytic converters yourself in 18 months.
